It was as if all roads lead to Megamall last September 25, 2002 when a huge herd of real estate salespeople of Acerhomes Development Corporation attended the first ever sales rally of the companywith the theme: “Go Beyond and Reach Higher” at the Megatrade Conference Hall. All Sales and Marketing Officers of ADC were present led by no less than the Vice Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Pat Liao.

The event started with the invocation and singing of the National Anthem led by Ms. Tess Samonte of Brokers Group 1/Division 3 and Ms. Gina Llavore of Brokers Group 2/Division 3 respectively. A cheering competition kicked-off the celebration with all divisions putting-down their hair and joined their Group Heads and Network Officers in singing, shouting, dancing and thumping.

Mr. Liao delivered his message that inspired all officers and salespeople present. “Go Beyond and Reach Higher simply means – we must do ordinary things extraordinarily well, if you usually deliver 4 sales a month, do a little more and deliver 6 instead. If you usually recruit 8 new sales associates, do an extra mile and recruit 12 for the next month. Doing this things conscientiously and consistently will give everybody a very good selling habit and will surely lead us to reach our targets and even beyond ...” according to the Vice-C.O.O. The talk gathered a tremendous applaus from everyone.

Another important part of the celebration is the awarding of top salespeople based on January to September sales productions. Certificates and gifts were given to the deserving awardees witnessed by Mr. Liao and by the Assistant Devision Heads.
