On-going concreting of road network at Phase 1
House construction lay-outs at Phase 1
Despite heavy rains that had become so unpredictable these past months, the Construction Management Division (CMD) of Acerhomes Development Corporation is up to their toes to meet the projected deadline of land development and house construction at Phase 1.

As of to date, the CMD have 60 accounts with Notice to Construct and 56 of which is with house lay-out in various stages of construction.

“We are desperately trying to meet the original completion of land development at Phase 1. We need 3 continuos days without rain in order to proceed with our construction activities. This is to ensure that we will be able to deliver only the best quality of roads and houses to our homebuyers:, says Engr. Anico

Electrical posts as well as the elevated water tank for Phase 1 is now being readied to ensure that basic services are in place when the first batch of homeowner moves-in

The Property Management Group (PMG) is expecting that the first batch of homeowners will be moving in on January 2003. This is to give enough time for the CMD people to finish their land development work at Phase 1. However, Engr. Anico is giving assurance to homebuyers that they are doing their best to wrap up their land development work at an earlier day for homebuyers who wanted to spend their Christmas in their new home at Eastwood Greenview.

Meantime, CMD in coordination with Client Servicing Division (CSD), is continuously sending out notice of invitation to the House Construction Orientation to buyers who are already due for house construction.
