ADC unveiled the initial perspective of the proposed Eastwood Greenview Clubhouse during the General Assembly of its sales force last September 25, 2002 at the SM Megatrade Hall.

The clubhouse was designed by the well known Architect Rodolfo Ventura who had designed numerous projects here and abroad. The construction of the clubhouse is expected to start on December 2002.

The design of the other community facilities are expected to be delivered before the end of the year. This includes the swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts as well as putting green.

The landscaping of the rotunda, main gate, Phase 1 Guardhouse and basketball court is expected to be completed by December 2002 in time to welcome the move-in of the Eastwood Greenview homeowners.
