As part of the newly opened Phase 3 of Eastwood Greenview Project, ADC launched a new house model everyone will going to be excited about – the Bianca Model.

Phase 3 of EG is part of the 70 hectare masterplanned community of ADC in Rodriguez, Rizal. The property is located right beside the completely developed Phase 1 and across Phase 2. It is composed of 357 units of the 5-hectared newly opened phase.

Along w/ the new house model, Phase 3 will also showcase the former house models together w/ the amenities & features of the phase: Basketball Court, Landscaped entrance gate with guardhouse, Parks and playgrounds, Concrete roads, curbs, gutters, Complete electrical and water facilities, Underground drainage system, Centralized water system with elevated water tank. The projected start of land development is on February 2004 & projected start of house construction is on April 2004
