Finally, the paradise known as Eastwood Greenview has opened its door and eagerly beckons its owners to live and cherish the warmth of their new abode! The first homeowner of Eastwood Greenview Phase 1 moved-in last February signaled the start of the communitys high-spirited activities and will add life to the already colorful subdivision. In ADCs desire to make the move-in experience as smooth as possible, the Property Management Group (PMG), on the last minute, managed to provide the basic resources needed for the newly moved-in Homeowners. To date, a total of 14 homeowners had already moved-in at Eastwood Greenview and 18 more is expected to move-in within a couple of days after the latter had accepted their newly constructed houses. We are working round the clock to meet the deadlines of house construction. So far, the climate is working on our side and we are not foreseeing any problem that can hamper the construction activity in the future", says Engr. Ramil Anico who head s the Construction and Property Management Division (CPMD) of ADC. 8 housing units have already been tapped by MERALCO for energization and the rest at Phase 1 is still on-going. On the other hand, land development activities at Phase 2 is now on-going to ensure that the site will be ready when the first batch of houses will be constructed on July 2003. The community facilities, specifically the Clubhouse, is now under construction and is expected to be completed on August 2003. All is up and about as ADC fulfills its commitment to making dreams a reality. by: allan natividad
