Sales activities are heating up towards yearend, with awards and incentives filling up the minds of our salesforce. And we can only feel sorry if we did not bagged any of the trophies or appliances at stake during this season. Last November 14, 2004, Acerhomes Development Corporation celebrated the first in its series of grand openhouses during the yuletide season dubbed as Early Christmas Celebration.

The ADC Sales Center's decorations are festive and colorful as it depicts the coming of yuletide season. Different colors of lanterns and ligths adored the facade of the building. Once you go inside, one can feel the warmth brought about by the garlands of flowers, lanterns and lights – all of it adds up to the sound of christmas carols being played by the mobile speaker outside. Together with more than five hundred agents and clients, SMD employees with FAD and CSD staff supervised the event wearing their santa hats.

Colorful Oink! Oink! Stuffed toys were given to clients and agents who held or reserved units that day. The reservation committee was overwhelmed with the number of tripping, inquiries, holdings, and reservations. At the end of the day, the grand open house generated 73 holdings/reservation for Eastwood Greenview – a record breaking production for the quarter! Advance Merry Christmas to everyone!
