LastJuly 14, 2004, a festive and colorfull celebration of the ADC Mid-Year Sales Rally was held at the Trade Hall of Starmall in Mandaluyong City. The event was attended by close to 700 salespeople with the theme “Sustaining the Challenge and Competitive Spirit”. Key officers of the company were present led by no less than the Vice-Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Pat Liao, AVP for SMD, Mr. Johnny Corpuz with Mr. Randy Pascual, Corporate Affairs Division Head.

The event started with the invocation and singing of the National Anthem led by Ms. Chris Francisco (Division 2 Head) and Ms. Benjie Canete (Div. 1/ SG4) respectively. A cheering competition kicked-off the celebration with all divisions putting-down their hair and joined their Group Heads and Network Officers in singing, shouting, dancing and thumping, showing off their assigned colours (Blue – Division 1, Red – Division 2, Yellow – Division 3, and Green – Division 4).

Mr. Liao keynoted the event that inspired all officers and salespeople present. “You decide your own fate, your action dictates your destiny and your will will carry you there. You can be a champion if you want to.” according to our Vice-COO. The talk gathered a tremendous applaus from everyone.

Another important part of the celebration is the awarding of top salespeople based on January to June sales productions.(Net OR except MA cancellations). Certificates and gifts weregiven to the deserving awardees witnessed by the ADC ManCom members.
