Last September 12, 2004, Acerhomes Development Corporation celebrated the world-wide occasion of Grandparents' Day – a celebration to honor our Lolo's and Lola's and to re-trace our family roots and ties. The event was tied up in the September Grand Open House.

Hundreds of salespeople and clients trooped the site. Mr. Johnny Corpuz, AVP for Sales & Marketing with the combine force of sales employees, Marketing, CSD, & FAD staff supervised the affair. The event started with Kundiman songs that was played throughout the day over the mobile speakers and ended with ballroom music to the delights of the senior citizens present that day. ADC Sales Center was decorated with colorful banners and pictures of grandparents.

Different colors of coffee mugs were given to clients and agents who held or reserved units that day. The combined force of CSD and FAD together with the Marketing Department was overwhelmed with the number of tripping, inquiries, holdings, and reservations. At the end of the day, the grand open house generated 40 holdings/reservation for Eastwood Greenview and Eastwind Homes!
