Last October 17, 2004, a festive and colorfull celebration of the ADC's very own “Oktoberfest” Celebration and Grand Openhousewas held at the Sales Center in Rodriguez, Rizal. The event was attended by close to 700 salesagents and buyers with the key officers of the company - led by no less than the Vice-Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Pat Liao and all the Sales Division Heads.The event started with the colorful parade by the “Tondo Atiatihan Organization” (TAO) Dancers and Band inside Eastwood Greenview and Eastwind Homes and around the vicinity of the Sales Center. Both employees and agents flunked the give-aways for the said event. For agents and buyers who reserved a unit, they were given a decorative Oktoberfest Beer Barrel and Mugs while those agents whose buyers paid a reservation of Php3,000.00 were given a Php500.00 in a lucky ampao. The combined force of CSD and FAD together with the Marketing Department was overwhelmed with the number of tripping, inquiries, holdings, and reservations. At the end of the day, the grand open house generated 66 holdings/reservation for Eastwood Greenview! With these, ADC has a lot of reasons to celebrate the october month!
