Last January 16, 2005, Acerhomes Development Corporation celebrated the coming of the Chinese Year of the Wooden Rooster and 2005's First Grand Open House in all the color and splendor according to the Chinese tradition.

Herds of employees, salespeople and clients trooped the site mostly in red shirts for good luck. The event started with the parade of two Chinese lions dancing to the rhythm of drums and firecrackers to drove away bad spirits. The Sales Center was likewise decorated with different lucky ornaments, from lanterns to prosperity tree and good luck frogs.

Chinese lucky Ampao, special tikoy and Rosster Figurine charms were given to employees, agents, and clients who held or reserved units that day. The combined force of CSD and FAD together with the Marketing Department was overwhelmed with the number of tripping, inquiries, holdings, and reservations. At the end of the day, the grand open house generated 62 holdings/reservation for Eastwood Greenview

Rooster is said to be fearless and self-confident in outlook. Very distinguished luck in wealth will allow to reap profits from every investment and business operation to undertake.
