Located at the highest point of Eastwood towering over all phases of the subdivision, the clubhouse has a total land area of 6,339 square meter with three main parts: The well-landscaped and lighted Park, Swimming Pool Area, and the Main Clubhouse.

ADC commissioned the ABC Gardens to do the landscaping for the community facilities which composed of The Lagoon with cascading waterfall, a number of Nipa Huts strategically located on different parts of the Picnic Area, and a paved driveway with nature-inspired fountain. The facility also include a very spacious parking space for homeowners and guests.

The cool waters of the swimming pool with vanishing edge (135 square meters) and Kiddie Pool (25 square meters) as well as the parks were the designs of world-renowned landscape architect - I.P Santos Associates and constructed by Midtown Pool Center.

The 7.7 Million Clubhouse was a proud design of C.A. Ventura & Partners and constructed by B.C. Cuerpo Constructions. It includes the Gym, Dayroom, the main lobby, the upper deck/multi-purpose area, dining area, viewing deck, locker rooms for men and women, kitchen, toilet and bath, and office for the Constructions and Property Departments of the company.

The said opening was held simultaneously with the Summer Grand Openhouse last April 17, 2004 with the attendance of no less than the top management of the company. The ceremonial cutting of the ribbon, coin showers and dragon dancing were some of the activities included and produced 75unit reservations all in one day!

The event is managed by SMD-Marketing Group with the coordination of FAD, CSD, CMD, and PMD personnels.
