Sales and Marketing Division - Composed of well experienced and seasoned marketing executives to ensure that our products are always better in terms of quality, design and concept and to promote mutual business relationship beneficial to our business partners and associates. B. Technical Services Division - The TSD is composed of highly skilled techincal professionals who holds relevant licenses in their field of expertise-Civil Engineering, Architecture and Geodetic Engineering. The team's specialization are in the area of subdivision planning and developement, golf course routing, bridge construction, hotel planning and subdivision management. With the vast knowledge honed from their past work experiences, the clients are guaranteed that the products they are buying are of best design and quality and at a lower investment cost. C. Controllership Division – The division is made up of highly-qualified customer service personnel, every client is assured of quality after-sales service. With an in-house developed, fully customized and integrated accounts management system called iT’s Real! (Information Technology Solution for REAL Estate Developers) to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information management reports and efficient processing and timely releasing of commissions. D. Human Resources & Administrative Division – composed of well-experienced HR Practitioners, ensuring the growth and development of the company through the proper utilization and care of its employees and its resources. HRAD guides the smooth operations of the company and harmonious working relationship between employees and management through continuous researching, training, developing and implementing current tools and techniques vital in human resources management.
